What every clean includes.
The patent-applied eight-step process, in the order the crew works. UV sterilisation is a separate optional add-on, outside the eight.
- Pre-check and setup. Six parameters tested: turbidity, pH, ORP, conductivity, TDS, ATP. Before-wash photo sent to the app
- Drain and inspect. Tank emptied safely, condition logged, sludge assessed
- Mechanical scrub and rotary jet. Biofilm and deposits removed from walls and base
- High-pressure rinse. Timed rinse, every loosened particle out
- Sludge removal. Extracted in full, disposal per compliance
- Ozone disinfection. Calibrated cycle at 1–2 ppm, residue-free
- Post-treatment testing. The same six parameters, re-tested and compared
- Proof delivery. QR-signed certificate with before and after photos

The five questions everyone asks.
Is Ozone safe for drinking water tanks?
Yes. Ozone is a stronger oxidiser than chlorine yet leaves no chemical residue. It decomposes back into oxygen within minutes, making it safer for potable water than chemical cleaners. Most bottled mineral water brands use Ozone for purification.
How long does a service take?
Domestic tanks are typically completed within 2 hours. Larger tanks may take longer depending on size and condition, but every service is completed in a single visit, no second trip, no mess.
What's included in the 8-step process?
Our patent-applied 8-step hygiene process covers pre-check & setup, drain & inspect, mechanical scrub & rotary jet, high-pressure rinse, sludge removal, Ozone disinfection, post-treatment testing, and QR-signed proof delivery with before/after photos. UV sterilisation is a separate optional add-on, outside the 8-step count.
How often should tanks be cleaned?
Recommended: domestic tanks every 3 to 6 months, commercial establishments every 3 months, RWAs and hospitals quarterly. AMC packages ensure recurring compliance and cost savings. (This is operational guidance, not a specific statutory frequency, see the GHMC answer above.)
What preparations are needed before cleaning?
Ensure clear access to the tank, switch off pumps, inform residents, keep alternate water ready, remove nearby clutter, and provide a 16A power socket for equipment. Send the "Ozone at Work" caution message so residents know the hygiene process is in progress.
